Constantia farm is a family owned and operated business. The first cherries were planted on Constantia Farm in 1953 by Kempen Higgo snr. These initial few trees has over the last 2 generations been nurtured and grown to vast orchards generating a large annual harvest of cherries. At the end of 1981 Kempen’s son Gerrit join his dad and they farmed together until Kempen’s death in 2012
